Nathan DeLuke is a leader in our Consumer Products, Customer Strategy & Marketing, and Digital practices.
He has over 15 years of experience with us advising global CPG leaders on transformations involving growth acceleration, M&A, organizational effectiveness, and cost transformation. Nathan brings deep expertise in full-potential strategy, operating model design, sales and marketing optimization, and support function transformation. He has also led numerous commercial due diligence and post-acquisition projects for strategic and private equity investors in food and beverage, retail, technology, and related sectors.
Nathan collaborates with senior executives and digital innovators to pioneer and scale next-generation digital products and capabilities—including generative and agent-based AI, digital twins, and advanced analytics—to drive transformative commercial outcomes, enhance consumer engagement, and significantly improve operational efficiency.
Nathan has led teams in Bain's Amsterdam, London, Mexico City, Munich, Chicago, Zurich, and Atlanta offices, serving clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Prior to joining Bain, he gained valuable experience in marketing, merchandising, and operations management within the Food, Beverage and Distribution industries.
He earned an MBA from the Darden School at The University of Virginia, where he was a Shermet Scholar, and holds an AB from Dartmouth College.
